A building with a monumental portal in eclectic style, used as the house of the keeper of the western entrance to the Royal Park, which leads to the near Golf Club of the Park and to the Racetrack through a vehicle-accessible street.
It was already the dwelling of the keeper of the Park entrance towards San Giorgio, a quarter of Biassono, and it is now a private residence. What is particularly interesting about it is that the monumental portal in eclectic style offers a variant compared to the other monumental entrances. Here the pillars, characterized by “false” ashlar, support a raised round arch with a quadrangular pinnacle. Although it seems made of stones, the intrados was built using red bricks, which can also be found in the denticular ornament that characterises the pediment frame. The adjacent building, with a rectangular shape, develops in two floors and has a traditional pitched roof with clay tiles.
